I should have mentioned Siân’s Pilates group in my Christmas letter. This group of women were a magnificent support to Siân, lifting her spirits and making her laugh and relax. Their extraordinary, wonderful Pilates teacher, Denise, has very special skills which Siân and all the group value immensely, and which are now benefiting a number of us related men. Siân and I never went away if it meant missing a class. I was reminded the other day of the video clip of Siân after a class in December 2019 three months before her death. As you can see Siân was very happy!
